All NFT auction prizes are held in escrow and can be claimed by the buyer or creator once the auction event is finished. Users must open a support ticket in our Discord server to claim real-world prizes, e.g. merch, memorabilia.
Any new bid made needs to be higher than the current bid.
Once a new bid is made, the previous bid amount (BLOCK/ASSET) is returned to the wallet that made it.
Bids cannot be cancelled and BLOCK/ASSET cannot be returned unless a higher bid is made.
Auction prizes once won cannot be returned and the winning bid amount (BLOCK/ASSET) cannot be refunded.
Auctions will be extended by 5 minutes after a new bid is placed, giving users additional time to respond to last-minute bids.
